It looks that there's a new crazy diet introduced on daily basis. Most of them don't work, but these strange (but true) weight loss tips just might help you lose those last few pounds.
No.1 Drink Warm Water daily
Nearly every one of us prefers drinking cold water over the warm varietal, but if you're thinking to lose weight, you might want to change your beverage temperature.
Warm water has been made known to make you feel fuller faster so that you in turn, don't eat as much.
If you cannot fathom warm water, then you can add an herbal tea bag to give it a little flavor.
No.2 Watch less TV
Nearly every one of us know that we eat more if we eat our meals at the same time as we are distracted (watching TV, on the computer, reading books or anything etc.). But this idea of watching TV goes beyond watching while eating. Watching less TV in general helps you lose weight because you burn more calories while busy in work!
This is interesting factor that you can burn more calories sleeping than you do watching TV so...read, go for a walk or go to bed in its place of watching TV for hours on end.
No. 3 Do not Eat in PJ's
This is a sad one for me as I'm the kind of person who changes into "comfy” the little I walk in the door.
Some studies have shown that we eat and snack more if we're wearing loose (and elastic!) dress.
Try to choose tighter clothing (like leggings, yoga pants and tank tops) so that you can be at ease but still feel your waist.
No. 4 Try to eat More Bacteria
Bacteria plays a very big role in our metabolism and appetite, so some believe that by increasing the amount of probiotic-rich foods you eat (aka bacteria) you'll be capable to lose weight without cutting calories.
The only research is sketchy so far and while I'm a huge advocate of good bacteria balance, I'm not confident it will help you lose weight.
No.5 Add Some Spice in your food
Fresh studies have shown that when you eat foods that are spicy, particularly cayenne pepper, your metabolism level increases.
After the pepper was consumed, a very less calories were taken in at the next meal and it’s also been shown to slow down the growth of fat cells.
So It's time to start adding more spice in your food!
