How to Get Rid of Acne on Your Back

Face is not only area where Acne are, but one can have acne on the body and the back also. Back acne or bacne is caused by overactive sebaceous glands on the body back. However, not like face acne, bacne is generally more inflammatory as the pores on your body back are larger and produce more oil. Thus here are a few very simple remedies to get rid of unpleasant bacne.

No.1 Exfoliation
Exfoliation will help to get rid of dead skin cells from blocked pores on the back. To avoid this you can use a loofah or a sponge with an attached handle to reach all the inaccessible areas on the back. Once you’re done exfoliating, then dry your body back and apply cream consisting of benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, which helps fight against bacne.

No.2 Do not use harsh soap
As the reports says that the perfect skin pH level should be maintained at 4.7 to make sure healthy skin. However, use of a harsh soap will cause this pH level to rise above 5, causing dryness, scaliness and blemishes. This is said that the soap also strips the skin of its natural oils and flares up bacne. People with bacne should look out for over-the-counter cleansers, which specially target acne prone skin.

No.3 Apple cider vinegar
The use of apple cider vinegar also helps maintain the skins pH balance, thus fighting bacne.  All you have to do is mix up one part of apple cider vinegar and one part of filtered water in a spray bottle. After a wash, spray this solution on your back and let it dry for some time. You can also do this before going bed for faster results. This will lower the skins pH and keep your back clear from bacne.

No.4 Use of Baking soda
Mix together baking soda and water and apply this on your back to kill the bacteria and to control healthy oil production by the sebaceous glands. This will also help you to  prevent bacne.

No.5 Wear loose and clean clothes
Apart from all the simple remedies, it is very important for the people with bacne to wear clean and loose cotton clothing, which will permit the skin to breathe.
