No.1 Vitamin E

Vitamin E is far and wide known to benefit the skin and hair among other things. It can also help with blood flow that leads to a healthier scalp and thereby, boosts general hair health. It will also decrease your chances of split ends. So, eat foods like nuts, tomatoes and spinach as they are a good source of vitamin E.

Vitamin B6, B12 and biotin compromise vitamin B complex. These B class vitamins are all valuable for hair health but can show best results when combined as one. They also decrease hair fall and prevent premature greying of hair. It also encourages hair growth and helps keep the shine. Eat foods such as beans, red meat, eggs, shellfish, liver etc. as they are a very good source of these vitamins.

Vitamin A is one of the most valuable vitamins for healthy hair. It contains antioxidants that condition and moisturise the sebum in the scalp. It also fights free radicals like pollution that harm the hair. Apart from that it will also make stronger and thicken your hair. Foods such as dark green leafy vegetables, meat, sweet potatoes, carrots etc. are very good sources of vitamin A. 

No.4 Vitamin C

Another source of the vitamin is vitamin c. Vitamin is also a necessary vitamin for healthy hair. Lack of this vitamin can cause weak hair. Vitamin C also has strong antioxidant properties and will strengthen your hair from its roots making it stronger and harder to break. Foods like as guavas, dark green leafy vegetables, papaya etc. are very good sources of vitamin C.
