In summer drink lot of water throughout the day as it keeps the skin clear and shiny. Let stay for 15-20 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water.

Wear sunscreen, lip protection, sunglasses and a broad brimmed hat when you go out in the sun. At each evening, splash lots of cool water on your eyes and keep your feet clean and cool also.
